Thank you all that participated, attended and supported our 115th Church Anniversary.
We thank God for all the anniversary committee members led by Sis. Denise Dowe and the great work of the kitchen committee and just the Spirit of Cooperation exhibited by ALL for this historic achievement.
We give God praise for the Word presented to us by Pastor Dwight O. Steele Sr. from Pilgrim Baptist Church in Roanoke Va during our morning worship and the Word shared by Pastor Benjamin Mike at our afternoon worship experience. Thank You Lord for Your Favor!!!
Proverbs 16:3 “Commit your works to the Lord, and your thoughts will be established.” (Building With God)
You may be involved in a complex project with many unsettled issues that you don’t know how to resolve. Or its chances of succeeding might be slim. But have you committed the project to God? That’s the way to gain peace and clarity. If you commit what you’re involved with to God, He will see to it that your plans succeed.
The Bible also warns, “unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it;” (Psalms 127:1). Too many people try to accomplish something but have not checked it out with God first. Before you embark on any project, lay it before God and be sure to get His blessings and authorization before you do what you do.
For He showed us in real time on last Sunday on our 115th Church Anniversary that He Will Bless All that has been committed to His Hand. To God Be The Glory (Adapted – 3 Min. Devotions, Barbour Publishing)

Sunday School Summer Break
Sunday School will be on summer break during July and August to provide our dedicated teachers with a
well-deserved time of rest.

The Missionaries continue to collect toiletries, slightly used and clean coats and clothing to aid victims of recent disasters.
Items can be left in the box or on the table in the lower fellowship hall of the church.
