“Sustaining Grace” | 2 Corinthians 6-10

Psalms 55:22 “Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.” (Turn It Over to Him)

This scripture has been and continues to be a source of comfort and strength for many believers; however, many still doubt it’s truth. When problems come into your life, and they will, many question if God will truly take care of them. Earlier in this passage of scripture Davd spoke of the threats, conspiracies and battles that he had to face in his life and yet he was able to cast his cares on God.

Although his victory was not instantaneous, he had to remain FOCUSED and lead his forces against the enemy of God and God’s people. David had to pray and pray some more, morning, noon and night continually casting his cares upon God until he received assurance that God would answer. We too must follow David’s example in our lives with not only the big problems that we face in life but the little ones as well.
