Thought for the week:
So often when we pray to God for a pressing need, a sense of sinfulness rises up to discourage them: You’re unworthy. God won’t answer your prayers. You might as well stop praying. This is the voice of the enemy. His name, Satan, means “accuser” in Hebrew, and the Bible calls him “the accuser of our brethren” Rev. 12:10 because he accuses ALL believers.
But know this: God will forgive ;you as you confess your failings to Him (1 John 1:9). The devil may try to tell you that God won’t forgive but don’t listen to that lie! God does Forgive.

Sunday School Has Resumed!
We’re grateful for the season of rest our teachers enjoyed in August, and we’re excited to share that Sunday School is now back in session for all ages. Join us each Sunday at 9:30 AM as we grow together in God’s Word—children, youth, and adults alike.
The Missionaries continue to collect toiletries, slightly used and clean coats and clothing to aid victims of recent disasters. Items can be left in the box or on the table in the lower fellowship hall of the church.

This is an “additional” method of giving members are still encouraged to bring you tithes and offerings in person of mail them as before.

Congratulations to Bro. Servant Trustee Harvey Saunders who has been selected as the Distinguished Citizen of the Year by the Salem County Chambers of Commerce. The celebration will take place on Nov. 5th @ Maria’s in Penns Grove, ticket are $65.00 and further information to follow.
